Requirements
Australian Vaccine Services (AVS), a prominent provider of vaccination services, required a reliable development team to take over. The task involved managing and improving a legacy system rather than building from scratch. AVS needed a comprehensive solution to maintain and roll out new features for their platform. Basically, they wanted a complete digital transformation. The goal was to overhaul their web application, improve user experience (UX) and user interface (UI), and streamline their operations through automation. Hatchet was entrusted with this multifaceted project, leveraging Next.js for the frontend and Laravel for the backend while also handling DevOps.
Outcome
Hatchet successfully undertook the digital transformation of AVS’s legacy platform, resulting in a significantly improved customer-facing web application. The revamped site boasts a modern, intuitive, and visually appealing UX/UI, improving the overall user experience. Our proactive approach included providing strategic advice on best practices. A key achievement in this project was developing and integrating sophisticated statistics systems, reporting tools, and booking systems. These enhancements have automated many redundant tasks that AVS’s staff previously handled manually. Automating these processes has increased operational efficiency and allowed the staff to focus on more critical aspects of their work, thus improving internal workflow.
The transformation led by Hatchet has had a profound impact on AVS. The new web application is gorgeous, user-friendly, and efficient. Automating systems such as the booking one has positively affected both internal and external user experiences, leading to higher customer satisfaction and streamlined operations. Hatchet’s comprehensive approach and expert execution have positioned AVS to serve its clients better and meet the demands of its growing service offerings.
